Prince Charles comes out of his isolation in good health

A spokesperson for Clarence House, the residence of the Prince of Wales, confirmed on Monday that he is out of self-isolation after consulting with his doctor. According to Sky News and the British newspaper The Sun.

The spokesman added that Prince Charles is in good health, according to Reuters.

The 71-year-old Prince of Wales was diagnosed with the new coronavirus last week after developing mild symptoms, but is now "in good health" at his home in Birkhall, Scotland.

However, his wife, Camilla, 72, remains in isolation according to government guidelines which state that asymptomatic family members should be isolated for 14 days.

And the Sun newspaper indicated that “those who have symptoms must isolate for 7 days.”

The heir is believed to have developed mild symptoms last weekend while at Highgrove House in Gloucester and flew to Scotland on Sunday evening where he was tested on Monday.
