In his last post on his Facebook page on September 21, Al-Sayed asked his fans and followers to pray for him in reference to his deteriorating health.
He also called on everyone to always remember him, apologizing for his absence from them for a long time due to illness, saying: "My loved ones... I hope that you will remember me on a day when I am in dire need of your prayers while I am in the hands of the Most Merciful."
