1- Drink at least two liters of water daily, and it can be distributed between the Iftar and Suhoor meals, in order to ensure that the body is kept hydrated.

2- Dividing breakfast into batches, it is preferable to eat dates, soup and salad, then take a rest for some time, it is preferable to take a walk during breakfast, before resuming the rest of the breakfast.

3- Eat fruits and vegetables rich in natural fibers, such as apples.

4- Eat dried fruits such as figs, apricots and raisins, as they are rich in nutritional benefits.

5- Not to sit after breakfast and be careful to move, so it is preferable to either take a walk for some time or do some light exercise.

6- Add oats to your daily diet, as it is rich in beneficial nutrients that will ensure that constipation is kept away throughout the holy month.
