Bassima presented a television program with religious content titled “A Turning Point” via OTV, which aims to talk with the guests about the work of God in their lives.

According to "Fuchsia" magazine, Bassima revealed, during several episodes, that she was subjected to harassment, violence and physical exploitation in her artistic career, and said that she was harassed by a person whose name she refused to mention from a royal dynasty.

Bassima stated that: "Art in Arab society, its image fascinates the eye, but its interior is "dirty", adding: "Frankly, there is a Lebanese artist who was sexually obsessed with her and wanted to divorce her."

Basma surprised viewers during the meeting when she stated that "art is a devil's trap," and described the stars of the artistic community these days, "O Farsha, you don't reach me with art," believing that the artist must make concessions in order to continue in art, adding: "There is no artist who makes money. From his voice only,” noting that the artist must bargain over her body in order to continue.

The artist moved to talk about her personal life, pointing out that she wants to return to her real name, which is Paula Kayrouz Al-Turk, and aspires to erase her artistic name, which she was known by "Basma".
